Our History

It all started over 60 years ago, the five Segal brothers began building single-family homes to meet an expanding New Jersey residential population. As housing needs grew, the Segal family saw that quality residences – in particular rental housing - would be a necessity for many years to come. From the beginning, the Segals wanted to provide better living arrangements - where residents had easy access to major metropolitan areas, with responsive, caring management – places where future generations could truly call “home.” None of the brothers could have envisioned from these humble beginnings that they would produce what exists now – 11 of the finest, most highly acclaimed residential communities in the tri-state area.
